Here are a couple of our first episodes.
From Vision to Playable Reality
Before Unreal Engine.
Before the playable slice.
We built the world in anticipation.
The cinematic trailer and AI pre-visualizations were not just marketing assets. They were strategic alignment tools. They allowed us to pressure-test atmosphere, scale, and identity without burning capital, protecting the thousands of hours invested into mechanics design, narrative architecture, species specifications, and the systemic groundwork required to build a world at this scale.
These tools were emerging while we were designing the game itself. So we used them aggressively. We stress-tested the aesthetic. We pre-visualized environments. We explored faction identities. We simulated mood and world density before committing to Unreal Engine 5 production.
And it paid off.
These Discord snapshots capture the shift from conceptual visualization to real-time implementation.
City blocks rebuilt for traversal logic.
Vegetation passes refined for cohesion.
Custom geometry replacing placeholders.
Quest voice tests wired into live triggers.
Lighting recalibrated for systemic continuity.
Sound design layered into active spaces.
We are not finished. Not even close.
But progress is real. Systems are connecting. The world is holding (when it doesn't crashes ... ).
The universe didn’t begin here.
But this is where it starting to feel real!

🚀 Big news: Business Insider just featured SEED INCIDENT and our flagship project Kafka Effect!
In the article, our CEO Charles Darius Delaunay-Driquert shares how we’re building the only MMORPG where every quest has the power to ripple into the real world.
From helping build a children’s hospital in Pakistan, to advancing biotech research in the U.S., to preserving ancestral craftsmanship in Indonesia — Kafka Effect proves that games can be more than escapism. They can be a catalyst for change.
🕹️ At its core, this is still a true gamer’s game: complex strategy, immersive lore, and a universe players can lose themselves in. But every action also carries meaning beyond the screen.
