A Vision Beyond Gaming
Our Story
Seed Incident is an entertainment studio building a shared dystopian universe across games and narrative media. At its core is Kafka Effect, a persistent MMORPG developed in Unreal Engine 5, where faction governance, economic systems, and long-term consequences shape a living world.
We are also developing Souls of Kafka, a tactical RPG that introduces players to the universe’s strategic foundations, alongside a comic book series and future IP expanding the same narrative continuum. Each project is designed as part of a cohesive ecosystem rather than isolated releases.
In collaboration with Giving Back, we embed measurable real-world impact into the architecture of the universe itself. Our ambition is simple: build worlds worth investing in — creatively, strategically, and collectively.
A labor of Passion
Kafka Effect is a persistent-world MMORPG developed in Unreal Engine 5, where factions rise, territories shift, and power is earned through strategy rather than shortcuts. Players do not simply complete quests — they participate in a living system shaped by governance, economic pressure, and collective decision-making.
This is not a theme park MMO built on scripted repetition. It is a dynamic world where alliances redefine balance, institutions emerge organically, and the consequences of action accumulate over time. Stability, influence, and reputation are not cosmetic — they are structural forces within the world.
Every campaign, treaty, conflict, and innovation leaves a mark.
