These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and services, including but not limited to gaming, tokenomics, and charitable giving opportunities (collectively referred to as the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the platform.

"NFT": Non-fungible tokens issued and traded within the platform.
"$Reve Tokens": Utility tokens used within the Seed Incident ecosystem.
"Giving Back Platform": The charitable ecosystem integrated with Seed Incident.
"DAO": The decentralized autonomous organization managing platform governance.
"Smart Contract": Immutable, automated agreements executed on the blockchain.
"Services": Collectively includes websites, HTML-formatted email messages, and offline business interactions facilitated by Seed Incident.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with local laws, especially regarding cryptocurrencies and NFTs.
The platform reserves the right to restrict access to users in jurisdictions where our Services are prohibited.
Misrepresentation of eligibility, such as falsifying age or residency, may result in account suspension or termination.

4. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
Maintain the security of your account credentials. The platform is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.

The platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service without prior notice. Users acknowledge that services may be subject to limitations, interruptions, or changes.

6. Intellectual Property

Seed Incident retains all rights to platform content, designs, and trademarks.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the platform.
User-generated NFTs remain the property of the user but may be displayed by Seed Incident for platform functionality.
The platform reserves the right to remove or modify content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Personal Information: Includes your name, email address, postal address, username, password, crypto wallet address, in-game activity, and government-issued ID (if required for compliance or promotions).
Usage Purposes:
- To provide the functionality of the Services (e.g., account management, gameplay features).
- To analyze user preferences and improve Services.
- For marketing communications (with your consent).
- To comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Data Retention: Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above, comply with legal obligations, or address disputes.

Users acknowledge that all participation is at their own risk and should exercise due diligence before engaging in platform activities.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of Lithuania. Disputes will be resolved through:

Mediation: An attempt to resolve the issue amicably within 30 days.
Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes will be arbitrated in Vilnius, Lithuania.

For cross-border disputes, users may contact EU consumer protection bodies.

Users expressly waive their right to participate in or initiate any class action lawsuits against Seed Incident. Where this waiver is unenforceable, disputes must be pursued on an individual basis through arbitration.

11. Termination

Seed Incident may terminate or suspend accounts for:

Violations of these Terms.
Compliance with legal requirements or regulatory changes.

In the event of termination:

Users retain ownership of NFTs and tokens accessible via their blockchain wallet.
Access to the platform and associated benefits will cease.
Users may appeal account suspensions by contacting us.

12. Amendments

These Terms may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via:

Email to registered users.

Users who do not agree with updated Terms may terminate their account within 14 days of receiving notice. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
